When you wake up in the morning, its a new day, new life.
When your alarm rings don't just rush out of the bed.
Begin it with a simple yogasan -
"Mother's Womb".
How to Do-
1. Slowly stretch your body in the bed,
2. Then lie on your left side with left arm below your head,
3. Fold your legs and pull them to the stomach as close as possible to the chin,
4. Right hand rsting on the legs,
Your posture will be like a foetus in mother's womb.
5. Inhale slowly and deeply and exhale slowly & fully.
6. Count each cycle of breathing, inhaling & exhaling, as one, two, three --
7. Take ten breaths minimum.
8. Watch your breath going to different parts of the body,
9. Let your thoughts flow with your breath,
This posture shall remind us of our pristine purity, in thoughts and chemistry, at the time of our birth.
In this posture all our body parts are in divine alignment and give immense inner peace.
CAUTION:
If you forget to be watchful about your breathing. you will go into sound sleep for about an hour. So be careful if you do not want to sleep.

A Battle Within
Each one of us has to fight a battle, daily, at each moment.
A battle between Body & Soul,a battle at sensory and spiritual planes.
A battle between good and bad.
Mindfulness of our thoughts(mind) and actions(body)helps us win the battle for Soul, for Good, for positive results.
Each moment or atleast once in a while every day we should introspect and ask ourselves as to who won the battle.
The bodily, physical inclinations for ego satisfaction or spiritual, soul satisfying faculties?
Accordingly, we should train our thoughts for positive, wholesome living!

Believe in Yourself
Sometimes people come into your life and
you know right away that they were meant
to be there..to serve some sort of purpose,
teach you a lesson or help figure out who
you are or who you want to become.
You never know who these people may be but
when you lock eyes with them, you now that
very moment that they will affect your life
in some profound way. And sometimes things
happen to you at the time that may seem
horrible, painful and unfair, but in reflection
you realize that without overcoming those
obstacles you would have never realized
your potential, strength, will power or heart.
Everything happens for a reason. Nothing
happens by chance or by means of good luck.
Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true
greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to
test the limits of your soul. Without these
small tests, life would be like a smoothly
paved, straight, flat road to nowhere.
Safe and comfortable but dull and utterly pointless.
The people you meet affect your
life. The successes and downfalls that you
experience can create who you are, and the
bad experiences can be learned from. In fact,
they are probably the most poignant and important ones.
If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks
your heart, forgive them because they have
helped you learn about trust and the importance
of being cautious to whom you open your heart to.
If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally,
not only because they love you, but because
they are teaching you to love and to open
your heart and eyes to little things. Make every day count.
Appreciate every moment and take from it
everything that you possibly can, for you
may never be able to experience it again.
Talk to people you have never talked to
before, and actually listen. Let yourself
fall in love, break free and set your sights high.
Hold your head up because you have every
right to. Tell yourself you are a great
individual and believe in yourself, for if
you don't believe in yourself, no one else
will believe in you. Create your own life
and then go out and live it.

you see are obstacles."

BHEJA FRY
We all crave for caring, love and some good words from all those who are closely related to us. Some times it does not happen that way.
Human being is a very, very complex machine and each one is unique.
No two human beings will react the same way to any situation.
That is called individual perception. PERCEPTION!
Our perception capacity depends on our character.
Our character is a sum total of our actions and upbringing, social exposure, social & economic status. Our character has profound impact of internal and external factors.
We do not have control over external factors. Though we cannot control their happening, we can leverage their impact on us. This leveraging capacity will come with experience of life and increased interpersonal skills.
But we have full control on internal factors affecting our character.
These internal factors generate from our own thoughts.
Our thoughts become our speech.
Our speech becomes our actions.
And our actions shape our character.
Our character decides our destiny.
Back to PERCEPTION!
We react to others as per our own perception which is based on our character.
(Swa-bhav is a precise word. English word character does not properly convey the meaning expected here.)
Our REACTION is important. If our perception is controlled by our negative thoughts our reaction will be negative. But if we perceive with a positive frame of mind, reason out the situation and then react, we will get desired response.
State of Mind! Positive or Negative.
This is entirely in our hands. We should learn to manage our thoughts.
Managing thoughts is like negotiating your vehicle through a chaotic traffic. As we train ourselves to be a better driver of our vehicle, we can train our body and mind to drive the vehicle of thoughts to face, defend and negate all assaults of life.
Train your Mind to Manage your most precious assets, your Thoughts!
Because, your thoughts eventually decide your destiny.
Some steps you can take to manage your thoughts.
Be watchful about your thoughts.
The negative thoughts can be identified by –
Burning sensation in chest and stomach,
Cramps/ pain in stomach,
Increased pulse rate, sweating, fast breathing,
Narrowing of vision, eyes become small and strain is felt,
Anxiety (hur-hur), fear, anger, helplessness,
Not feeling like eating, stomach fullness,
Constipation, etc.
You can notice these changes if you carefully feel how each thought affects your body.
The positive thoughts will have following impact on the bodily reactions –
You will feel light and exalted,
Your face will glow with love and kindness,
Adrenaline level will rise, increasing confidence level,
You will feel enthusiastic and energetic,
Vision will broaden, strain on eyes will vanish,
You will face the challenges with rationality and fight to overcome them.
Positive thoughts generate optimism that THERE IS ANOTHER DAY!
Take on the Challenges of Life with Positive blend of Mind.
You Shall Win!
